I looked at our list of monthly donations. My heart sunk. Our biggest supporter hadn’t given. Had he decided to stop giving? I wondered.
I called our organization. After some research, we discovered that the donor’s credit card had been canceled. After sending him a carefully worded letter mentioning the issue, we discovered that his cards had expired. In a simple oversight, he had forgotten to update our organization with the new number.
What a relief to know he hadn’t suddenly decided to stop giving!
It’s not uncommon for people to receive new credit cards every year or two. This is why it’s critical to check regularly that your payment information is up-to-date. Doing this allows your worker to stay focused on sharing the Gospel instead of tracking down missing gifts.

To update your credit card information, visit FrontiersUSA.org and click on MyFrontier. Log in to your account (or sign up for an account). Hover over MyFrontier, click My Donations, and under Payment Methods, adjust your credit card information.
